Ana C. Izquierdo Henn, Esq., has over a decade of experience. She began her career as a Financial Analyst in Prime Brokerage at Goldman Sachs in New York, where she advised and managed hedge fund clients during the Credit Crunch. She then worked in various government agencies, including the Antitrust División in the Department of Justice of Puerto Rico, the Training and Labor Affairs Advisory and Human Resources Administration Office (OCALARH), and the Board of Trustees for PR Government Employees and Judiciary Retirement Systems (“Retiro”).

Throughout her career, she has held significant leadership roles, including head of the Legal Department at OCALARH, President of the Investment Committee for the Board of Trustees for Retiro, and Executive Director of the Office of Administration, Inspection, and Adjudicative Affairs in Retiro, advising the Board of Trustees of Retiro. In the private sector she served as a General Counsel and Consultant at various companies for over seven years. She also worked extensively with tax and incentives law and assisted over 100 clients in developing tax efficiency strategies, securing cash incentives, and negotiating financing.
